George is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jeanette Karas, whom he wed on August 20 in Chicago, IL, his children Steve Karas of Round Lake, IL, Karen Vitale of Gurnee, IL, and Georgia Anderson of Gurnee, IL, his grandchildren Nicholas Vitale of Vernon Hills, IL, Vincent Vitale of Antioch, IL, John Anderson Jr. of Lake Villa, IL Jenna Charbonneau of Union Grove, WI, Suzy Anderson of Chicago, IL, Betsy Stranathan of Mequon, WI and Sabrina Karas of Round Lake, IL and his 6 great-grandchildren.
