Linda J. O’Neill, 69, a resident of Round Lake Beach, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 surrounded by her family at her home in Round Lake Beach, IL. She was born May 28, 1948 in Kenosha, WI to Robert and Jean Burke. Linda worked for American Fluorescent Corporation for 23 years. She enjoyed swimming, bingo, and was a great baker and cook. Linda loved spending time with her family, the outdoors, and fishing, especially in Northern Wisconsin. Linda is survived by her children Lori O’Neill and Michael P. O’Neill, her granddaughters Sarah, Erin, Samantha, and Meghan O’Neill, her sisters Cindy (Merle Harnden) Maier and Karen (Dave) Mundt, her brother Bob Burke, her brother-in-law Lou Monticelli, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Deborah Monticelli. A memorial visitation and service is scheduled for Friday, January 19, 2018 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm with the service commencing at 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd.
