Cathy A. Dycus, 64, a resident of Third Lake , passed away September 26, 2021. Cathy was born March 19, 1957 in Chicago, IL to Ellsworth and Virginia Peters. She was a proud employee of Baxter Healthcare for 45 years . Cathy enjoyed genealogy, bird photography, and traveling especially to Panama. Cathy is survived by her husband Michael Dycus whom she wed on April 26,2005 in Las Vegas NV., her mother Virginia Peters, her son Harold (Lisa) Gross, daughter Christine Scott (Jeff Sellers), her sister Sue (Gary) Huck, her grand children Kaitlyn Scott, Baeleigh Gross, Emily Gross, and Lucas Sellers. She is preceded in death by her father Ellsworth Peters and her first husband Harold Gross. Memorial Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030.
